By and large, My favorite hobby is Amateur Radio. There are so many aspects to it that you can always find something to pique your interest.
Probably the most used method of communications is by using repeaters. To this end, I am writing a "Repeater Map" for the six state area centering on my home QTH of Scott City, Mo. I will be spreading out from the center of the map until I get at least a 200 mile (or so) radius. I will be including 6M, 2M, and 440.
I had been having some problems so I started completely over on the Repeater Map, rather then just patching what I have already done. I am hoping you think the results are better
Another aspect is Contesting. Some swear by contesting, some swear at it. Some are for niche groups, Some are world-wide. Just a few are listed on my Contesting Page.
